Introduction

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of Hiqo's platform and services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

Service description

Hiqo is a platform that connects customers with cleaning companies. We provide the technology and platform, while the cleaning companies perform the actual cleaning services. Hiqo is not the employer of the cleaners and does not perform the cleaning services ourselves.

User accounts

To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and current information
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account

Bookings and payments

When you book a cleaning through our platform:

• Prices are shown including any tax deductions (e.g., RUT deduction)
• Payment is processed through our secure payment processor
• You will receive confirmation via email and in the app

Cancellations

You can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. In case of repeated late cancellations, we reserve the right to limit your use of the platform.

Limitation of liability

Hiqo provides the platform "as is". We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of our platform. The cleaning companies are responsible for the quality of their services. We recommend that you review each cleaning company's insurance and terms.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via email or in the app. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by Swedish courts.
